Two Years Old

There's a birthday girl in the house!

Our two year old is up to a lot lately.

She's communicating more.  She's signing spontaneously and repeating a lot of words.  Today's new repeat word?  Grace.

She's very close to walking now.  Her standing balance is improving and she's taken a few wobbly steps on occasion.  She's a pro with her push toy and loves to wave to herself in the mirror as she walks by.  Of course, all attempts at walking are followed immediately by some self-congratulatory clapping and cheering.

She met the Terrible Twos milestone ahead of schedule.

She makes up for it with lots of hugs all around, the most given to Sadie followed closely by her sleeping buddy, Doggie.

And if the hugs don't fully make up for the Terribles, the belly laughs definitely do.

Gracer, we couldn't possibly love you more.  Thank you for bringing us so much joy.
