She's had play dates, gym classes, and home therapies, all to get ready for this day.
Grace is now a student.
We didn't think it was fine form to whip out the camera on her first day, so we just got a couple of shots in the morning of Grace getting ready.
When we told her it was time for her to hit the books, she poured over the shelves to pick out a few.
Grace's teacher said "she did awesome" during her first day, making new friends, singing songs, and discovering what glue tastes like (not like chicken).
The big G was very excited when she got home (which usually happens after playing with other kids) and then took a 2-1/2 hour nap. Much deserved rest after using that noggin so hard in the morning.

That's our girl! Gracer - you already get an A+ in life. We're all so proud of you. Big hugs and lots of love comin' your way.

ReplyDeleteSweet Gracer, you sure know how to make an aunt proud. I know it won't be long before you're the top of the class. Keep up the good work and cute outfits!
