We promised our little baseball fan that we wouldn't let another summer go by without getting her out to the ol' ball game. We had tickets in June, but it was about 500 degrees outside so we had to skip it.
Yesterday, we FINALLY got The Gracer to Yankee Stadium for her first ballgame!
Hat.....check.
Yankees shirt....check.
Cheering squad....check!
Grace came prepared to cheer on her favorite player, and clapped with enthusiasm every time #2 was at the plate.
After she made a couple of swipe attempts at Daddy's beer, she seemed pretty satisfied after some juice from Mr. Juice Bear.
And the newest baseball fan proved good luck for the Bronx Bombers. They won the game and took back the lead in the American League East division! Let's Go Yankees!!
