One of the great thing about watching children play is that they often find new ways to interact with a toy. Take one of Grace's playmats, for example. Yes, she's getting a little big to fit underneath the floating rocket ships and stars, but she still likes to reach for things above her. And this is the type of play for which the mat is designed.
But Grace is getting strong, and active. And often she finds herself rolled up against one of the supporting arches of the playmat. Does that stop her? Heck no. The big wheels keep a' turnin' and she often ends up like this...
Yes, it's Fort Graceland! And our little frontier girl seems just as content with the whole solar system collapsed on top of her.
And it looks like Grace had an accomplice, with the little white rabbit sharing the same pose.
I need to kiss those chubby cheeks soon.
